The Hoboken Cultural Affairs office announces the return of the Hoboken Arts & Music Festival.

Washington St. bet. Observer Highway to 7th St.

With over 300 artists, crafters, food vendors, local businesses, non-profit organizations and more, participating. 2 stages of live music and activities for children.
