Canal Day is an old-time country fair that celebrates the Morris Canal, and its contributions to the development of the communities along its banks. The 2023 festival will be held on Saturday, August 19th, from 10am – 5pm.

Come and enjoy free kayak rides and boat tours on the canal, live music all morning and afternoon, food vendors, crafters and exhibitors, Civil War reenactments by the 27th Regiment New Jersey Infantry, animal exhibits by Eyes Of The Wild, fireworks at dusk at Robert St Park, and so much more!

Parking with shuttle service is available at the Wharton Industrial Center (directions) for a donation of $5 per car. Limited street parking will also be available.
